Your personal path to deeper self-understanding and growth

Clarity through insight. Growth through self.

What matters shows up not only in words, but in actions and inaction: your calendar, spending, tension, avoidance, delayed decisions, and themes that keep returning. In this coaching approach, these signals become visible.

Not a quick transformation and not motivational phrases. A space where reality becomes visible as it is, so you can make an honest decision: act, pause, or change direction.

01

You may be here if...

Read slowly. If you recognize yourself in even a few lines, that is already a signal worth looking at.

·

Important decisions keep being postponed.

·

You call something important, but your actions do not follow.

·

Time, money, and attention go somewhere other than where you say you want them to go.

·

There is tension, irritation, or a stop, but the reason is unclear.

·

The same scenarios repeat again and again.

·

You feel you are not being fully honest with yourself, but you cannot yet see where.

02

Is coaching right for me now?

I invite you to respond to 15 simple statements. They do not judge you and they do not diagnose anything — they show something else: how ready you are for change right now, and where coaching could be useful at this stage of your life. It takes about three minutes, and you see your result immediately.

15 statements · about 3 minutes

Are you ready for coaching?

Rate each statement from 1 to 4, where 1 means “unlikely” and 4 means “very likely”. There are no right answers here, so answer quickly and honestly — your first reaction is usually the most accurate one.

  • Nothing is sent anywhere — only you see the result.
  • At the end you can save an image with your answers and result.
03

What coaching means in my approach

Coaching is not advice, motivational phrases, or “just do it.” It is a space where you can see reality more clearly: not embellished, not imagined, not the version that “should” be there, but the one that already is.

I believe that what matters always shows up. It is visible not only in what you say, but in where you actually spend time, money, attention, and energy, and in what you keep postponing or explaining away.

Through questions, reflection, and careful work with your request, you begin to see patterns: what you declare important but do not support with action; where your resources really go; which decisions you avoid; what repeats; and what signal sits behind tension or a stop.

I do not do the work instead of you. I help you see these signals clearly enough to make an honest decision.

“A certificate alone does not make someone a coach. Coaching is the ability to hold the role and the space: to work with a person, not instead of them.”

What we can explore in coaching sessions

01

Decisions that have been delayed for a long time.

02

Personal and professional transitions.

03

Your relationship with time, money, and action.

04

Inner limitations that keep you in place.

05

The choice between “I should” and “I want.”

06

Goals that are not moving.

07

Clarity during change and uncertainty.

05

What I do not promise

Honesty matters more than a beautiful promise. So I will say this directly.

I do not promise instant transformation.

I do not give ready-made answers instead of you.

I do not tell you how to live “correctly.”

I do not sell the illusion that everything can change in one session.

06

Possible outcomes of coaching

The result depends on both of us. But these are the things this work often makes possible.

More clarity.

A better understanding of yourself.

More honest decisions.

A stronger inner foundation.

A visible next step.

The ability to act, or consciously not act, without guilt.

More contact with what truly matters.

07

How online coaching works

The format is simple: individual one-on-one meetings online. No complicated programs or long conditions, just three clear steps at your pace.

01

Introductory meeting

A calm one-on-one conversation with no obligation. We meet, you share what brought you here, I explain how I work, and together we clarify your request.

02

One-on-one sessions

Regular coaching sessions in a rhythm that fits you. We look at your signals and patterns, your actions and inaction, and you move at your own pace. Between sessions there is space for observation and action.

03

Reviewing change

From time to time, we look at what has changed and define the next steps. Without hurry and without pressure.

About Hanna Maliuha

Hanna Maliuha, coach and founder of IDS

I was born in Kyiv, received a technical education at the Institute of Telecommunications, and have worked in telecom and international IT for more than 20 years. Throughout my career, I have led project and operations teams, built processes, developed people, and helped teams achieve results.

Today I live in Brussels and work in Sales Enablement, helping sales teams understand customers better, find the right messages, and present solutions effectively.

But a professional path is only part of the story.

My real interest in coaching appeared during one of the most important transitions in my life: motherhood. During maternity leave, I first met the feeling that behind many roles I was gradually losing contact with myself. In a coaching session, I clearly formulated my desire to return to professional realization and feel not only like a mother, but also like a woman with her own goals, ambitions, and dreams.

Soon I returned to work. A few months later, the war began, and I had to move through change and adaptation again, this time in another country.

This experience taught me something important: the most difficult answers are not found outside, but within ourselves. That is why I created this coaching approach.

I do not believe in universal recipes for success or quick transformations. I believe in clarity, awareness, and a person's ability to find their own decisions.

An instruction to yourself cannot be bought or received from someone else. It can only be created by you.

Coaching for business

A shared language with IT and management

Focused support for leaders and teams during change and high workload.

With more than 20 years of experience in telecom and international IT, including project management, operations teams, and Sales Enablement, I understand the context and challenges of modern corporate environments from the inside.

I do not offer mass trainings. My focus is individual coaching work with key people in a company: leaders, managers, and critical specialists. It is a confidential space for decisions, burnout prevention, adapting to change, and restoring clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is coaching different from psychotherapy?+

Therapy often works with the past, trauma, and conditions that need treatment. Coaching works with the present and future: your decisions, goals, and choices. I do not diagnose or treat; I help you hear yourself and move forward. If a request belongs in therapy, I will say so honestly.

How many sessions will I need?+

There is no universal answer. A few meetings may be enough to find clarity around one decision. Sometimes regular work over several months is more useful. We define the format together and review it as we go, without pressure.

Do I need a clear request before the first session?+

No. You can come with a feeling that something is off or that you are stuck. Often the request becomes clearer during the session, and helping you formulate it is part of the work.

What happens in the first meeting?+

The introductory session is a calm conversation. We get to know each other, you share what brought you here, and I explain how I work. It is a way to feel whether this format fits you, with no obligation afterwards.

Will I receive advice?+

Usually not, and that is intentional. I do not give ready-made answers instead of you. My work is to ask questions and reflect what is visible, so your own decision can become clear.

Can we work online?+

Yes. Most meetings happen online, so the work does not depend on your city. You only need quiet, a stable connection, and some private space.

What if I do not know what I want?+

That is a very common starting point. Not knowing what you want is already a request. We begin there by restoring contact with yourself so desire and direction can gradually become clearer.
